The ConnectAble Classic

Pickleball Tournament

Rally for Connection ๐ŸŽƒ

4-person teams. 8 indoor courts. Double elimination plus a Toilet Bowl bracket - and a podium by lunchtime.

Rally for Connection ๐ŸŽƒ

Why We Play

Pickleball is the most social sport in America for one reason: anyone can step on the court. Beginners rally with veterans, coworkers rally with their boss, and nobody needs a rรฉsumรฉ to get a turn. ConnectAble exists to bring that same energy to hiring - so neurodivergent job seekers get judged on what they can actually do, not on how well they fill out a paper form.

The Event: The ConnectAble Classic

On Sunday, October 25th - the week before Halloween - we are taking over all 8 indoor courts at the Sarasota Center Boulevard Pickleball Club for a 4-person team tournament. Double elimination, a Toilet Bowl bracket so nobody goes home after one game, rally scoring to 7, and a podium by 12:15 PM. Costumes are optional. Bragging rights are not. ๐ŸŽƒ

What Your Team Is Powering

ConnectAble replaces exclusionary text applications with AI-powered "Living Rรฉsumรฉs" and ability passports, so Sarasota employers can see the real potential of neurodivergent candidates and match them into supportive jobs. Every team and every sponsor puts more local employers in the room with that talent.

It is also the easiest team-building morning your company will book this year: four people, one paddle each, four hours, and a cafe on site.
